• Working together for 2 months, we have found and collected databases for all asked directions - more than 2000 profiles in total, which in the next two month with the given conversion will lead the team to 30+ demo calls and first deals.
• Connecting with our target list, we managed to schedule 10 business calls withtin the first month.
• During our collaboration, there were deals in negotiation and the more than 15 companies comprised a funnel for further warm-up.
• The decision makers of TOP 10 global football clubs were invited
• Additionally, we have made a meeting list for the ICE in London for the CEO and do believe that these meetings will be productive
• Tested a highly risked hypothesis (Trading) that led the team to a conclusion to pivot the offer
